First Credit Union Relationship Pricing Program

First Credit Union’s Relationship Pricing Program was officially launched in January 2003. The Relationship Pricing Program caters to the focus of our organization: creating relationships that are beneficial to our member-owners.

Relationship Pricing is the key to rewarding loyal member-owners for their patronage.  Through the Relationship Pricing Program, incentives are extended to member-owners who do business with the Credit Union and its subsidiaries. Simply put, the more business you do with each department of the Group of Companies, the better your rates for loans and deposits will be. Member-owners who deal with our insurance office, our financial planning department, or our credit union are rewarded for their loyalty.

How does it work?

When a member-owner is ready to make an investment or take out a loan, staff go through the Relationship Pricing process with them. Our systems department has set up an online program for staff to access. For each product or service a member has with us that is on the list, the staff clicks on the text box. At the end of the process, staff hit ‘calculate’ and it computes how much the member will earn on their deposit, or save on their lending rate.
