Direct Banking Alerts
Stay in charge of your finances with notifications of your online account activity. Choose which events you wish to be notified about, and your preferred form of alert – text, email or both! You can use Direct Banking Alerts for the following actions:

New Payee
Stay informed when a new bill payee is added to your online banking account.

Personal Access Code (PAC)
An alert will be sent to your email or phone anytime your Access Code is changed.

Account Locked Out
Following failed attempts at answering your Security Question, you will be notified that your Account has been locked.

Online Login
Get a Direct Alert anytime your Online Banking Account has been accessed.

Interact e-Transfer Recipient
Stay informed whenever a new e-Transfer Recipient is added to your online banking account.
